December 2020 - Present
At the end of 2020, I joined Waterman Broadcasting of Florida as a news reporter for the company's NBC affiliate, WBBH-TV/NBC-2. My responsibilities include enterprising, writing, and engaging viewers on NBC-2's weekly evening newscasts. Additionally, I serve as a fill-in anchor for both of the company's brands, NBC-2 and ABC-7.
WTOV-TV - STEUBENVILLE, OH
June 2019 - November 2020
As a news anchor and reporter at WTOV9 NEWS9, I both reported in the field as well as anchored the evening newscasts on the weekend. My reporting duties at WTOV-TV includes the experience of working out of the Wheeling, WV bureau. I was also responsible for posting digital web stories and updating web stories on the weekends. My general responsibilities included covering breaking news, enterprising stories as well as producing investigative content across multiple platforms.
KDKA-TV - PITTSBURGH, PA
August 2018 - June 2019
At KDKA-TV, I was a member of the award-winning Digital Content team. My responsibilities included writing digital web stories, coordinating with reporters in the field to gather information, utilize the station's social media sites to drive web traffic, push and manage mobile app alerts and coordinate Facebook Live and website streams. Additionally, I was tasked with monitoring social media channels and wire sources for new and developing stories.
